At KeenTech Scientific, we take pride in accurately describing and professionally inspecting every piece of equipment we sell. All items are pre-owned and sold as-is, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
However, we understand that issues may arise. If your item is significantly different from what was described, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
You may be eligible for a return or refund if:
The item arrives damaged (not caused by the shipping carrier)
The item is not functioning as described
The item is materially different from the product listing

What Is Not Covered
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
Buyer’s remorse or incorrect ordering
Minor cosmetic wear consistent with pre-owned equipment
Compatibility issues with your lab or systems (unless stated in listing)
Shipping delays caused by the carrier
Return Process
Email us at keentech@live.com with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos (if applicable)
If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless the return is due to a seller error.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Restocking Fee
In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for returned items that are not defective.
